Joseph Aditya is the founder and CEO of Ralali.com, an online expo and directory for industrial/manufacturing businesses in Indonesia. Prior to starting Ralali.com, they were the managing director of PT. Tridinamika Jaya Instrument from 2007 to 2014. During their time at PT. Tridinamika Jaya Instrument, they grew the company from a small team into a full scale operational company with a staff of five departments. Joseph also expanded the company's market share by expanding the business through distribution channels and creating a standard in the industrial sector for test and measuring instruments. In 2010, they founded www.tridinamika.com to help showcase the company's products to customers. Joseph has also been involved in project management, dealing and negotiating with principals from all over the world.
Joseph Aditya studied marketing and international business at Deakin University, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. After graduation, they began working in marketing and has since held various positions in marketing management.
