Goodwin has a long tenure with The Center for Growth and Independence, where membership on the Board of Directors has contributed to the support of individuals with various challenges in Michigan. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Tektronix and Assistant General Counsel at Whirlpool Corporation, where leadership of global teams facilitated patent functions, cybersecurity, and cost management. Educational achievements include a J.D. with Honors from Drake University Law School and a BSE/MSE in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
