Prior to these positions, William held the title of Plant Manager at 施耐德电气 from September 2002 to April 2009 and Manufacturing Section Manager at Lite-On Mobile Mechanical from October 1995 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include a degree in EE with a focus on leadership from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) (2004 - 2006) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (1990 - 1994).
