At Ralson, we’ve been making tyres that have kept India moving for the last 46 years. We’re the world's second-largest producers of cycle tyres and one of the fastest-growing automotive tyre companies with - • A presence in 70+ countries • A pan India market network of 5000 dealers • and 44 sales offices located all across India Needless to say, our statistics do much of the talking for us. Our advanced R&D set-up is the only one recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and is equipped with machines that can accurately pre-test the performance of a tyre compound. Ralson is also accredited with ISO 9001 2015 quality systems. With our incredible production of 1.25 lakh tyres and 1.25 lakh tubes every day, we aim at only going higher with time. After the massive success of Ralson globally, we rolled into a new venture – Ralco, an automotive tyre venture with two state-of-the-art factories. Ralco automotive tyres are made for Motorcycles, Scooters, E-Bikes, Two-Wheelers, Three-Wheeler E-Rickshaws, Ultra-Light Trucks and Tractors. Our automotive tyres production capacity has successfully doubled from 2.81 million automotive tyre units per annum to 5 million units per annum at our two plants in Ludhiana. Our tyres go through a long process of advanced testing to conform to quality standards like BIS, JIS, RTO and TRA, even before they leave the factory. They are also equipped with Cool Compound Technology (CCT) which is resistant to over-heating on high-speed driving and in hot climatic conditions. In our constant endeavour to build awareness and image of our brand, we have recently partnered with Sunrisers Hyderabad cricket team as their Principal Sponsors. We now aim to leap forward by venturing into truck and bus radial tyres by establishing an ultra-modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Indore.
