Kenneth P. Lynch

Kenneth P. Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and strategic growth initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives at Ramboll since April 2019, Kenneth has previously held multiple roles at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation since November 1995, including Executive Deputy Commissioner, Regional Director, and Regional Attorney. Kenneth holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
