Badrinath Bashyam

Badrinath Bashyam has over 25 years of work experience, starting as an Associate Engineer at Cognizant in 1997. Badrinath progressively advanced through various roles in the company, including Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager, General Manager, Associate Director, and Director. During their time at Cognizant, they managed compliance, led operational frameworks, and coached employees. In 2017, they became a Senior Director, where they led the Digital Workplace team, implemented solution implementations, and managed a large IT infrastructure. In 2022, Badrinath joined Omega Healthcare Management Services as the Vice President of IT, before moving on to Ramco Systems later that year as the Global Head of IT & Cloud Infrastructure.

Badrinath Bashyam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, with a focus on General studies. Badrinath completed their MBA degree at an unknown time. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, FOCP: FinOps Certified Practitioner from The Linux Foundation, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft.
