Sampo Sipari

Sampo Sipari currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at Ramirent Group since April 2019, overseeing HSEQ and CSR initiatives across nine operating countries and managing group-level strategies, policies, and budgets. Prior to this role, Sampo was the EHSQ Manager for Fortum from September 2016 to March 2019, leading the EHSQ functions in the heating, cooling, and turbine services sectors in Finland and the Baltics. Sampo's earlier experience includes serving as Safety Manager at Yara International, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across mines and chemical factories, and as HES Project Manager for large-scale projects. Sampo's career began as a Safety Specialist at Stora Enso in the industrial fire department. Sampo holds a Master's degree in Environmental Analytics from the University of Eastern Finland and a Bachelor's degree in Fire Officer from the Emergency Services College.
