Shane Cloherty

Shane Cloherty is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Field Support Consultant at ramsac since July 2023, Shane previously held roles at Pro Drive IT, where responsibilities included Infrastructure Engineer and Senior Helpdesk Engineer. At PVH Corp., Shane acted as Tech Lead, overseeing a team focused on end-user workstations for approximately 2,000 users and managing major incident handling. Earlier roles include Manager of EU Desktop Support at Denovo Ventures LLC and IT Service Desk Specialist at Triad Retail Media. Shane's diverse expertise encompasses incident and problem management, technical support, and customer service across Europe, underpinned by a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Science from the University of Staffordshire.
