Born in 1962, Pascal Roché is a graduate of HEC, holds a Masters in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and a DEA in Economics and Organizational Strategy (Paris Dauphine). He is also a graduate of the Institute of French Actuaries.
Pascal Roché began his career in strategy consulting, before joining the insurance sector in 1991 within the UAP group (now AXA France), where he was director of strategy and then took responsibility for several departments. operational for more than 10 years.
