Tejeev Patel

Tejeev (Tj) Patel is a seasoned Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in supporting Kubernetes clusters at SUSE and Rancher Labs since January 2021 and July 2019, respectively. Prior to these roles, Tejeev served as a Cloud Operations Technician at Canonical Ltd., contributing to the maintenance and support of over 30 cloud environments within the Bootstack product. Experience as an Installation Engineer at Naya Energy involved the development of an AWS infrastructure and optimizing resources from multiple product lines. Tejeev also taught 'Intro to Circuit Analysis' as an Adjunct Instructor at Mesa Community College, focusing on digitizing course materials and tailoring lessons to student needs. Early career roles included technical writing and support at Hanson Robokind and Intelligent Bots, customer service at Best Buy, and management at Papa Johns. Tejeev holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
