Nelson Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and workforce development. Currently serving as a Committee Member on the Defense Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion at the United States Department of Defense since September 2022, Lim has held various prominent roles at RAND Corporation since September 2000, including Director of the Workforce, Development, and Health Program, which focuses on personnel development and workforce health within the Department of the Air Force. Additionally, Lim has contributed as a Senior Sociologist, Adjunct Behavioral Social Scientist, and Professor at Pardee RAND Graduate School, alongside previous leadership at the Fels Institute of Government and the Military Leadership Diversity Commission.
