Anwar Banoo

Anwar Banoo currently serves as a Global Markets Enterprise Architect and IT Solutions Architect at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank since May 2018. Prior roles include Head of Front Arena Development at Barclays Africa Group Limited from November 2014 to May 2018 and Front Office Dev Team Lead at ABSA Capital from August 2009 to November 2014, where Anwar managed the development of solutions for Front Arena and collaborated with front and middle office areas. Anwar began a career at Securities & Trading Technology in January 2001, progressing to Head of Treasury Operations while developing systems for the financial services sector.
