Lonwabo Dlepu is a Client Onboarding Specialist at Rand Merchant Bank since January 2021, having previously served as a Client Service Management Intern, where responsibilities included supporting KYC activities and preparing Service Review packs for various sectors. In addition to this role, Lonwabo is the Founder and Visionary Leader of LightBlack Lifestyle Brands, and has experience as a Sales Promoter and Brand Activator at Provisio Marketing and Tradeway. Educational credentials include a BCom in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management, and a New Venture Creation Learnership from Duke Corporate Education as part of the FirstRand Youth Development Programme.
