Paulo dos Santos

Paulo dos Santos is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and operations. Currently on sabbatical since February 2024, Paulo serves as the Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Rand Merchant Bank since October 2015, while also holding the position of CEO at Nuvem since December 2010, which is in a "start up" phase. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at PruHealth and Discovery Limited from 2005 to 2010, as well as Head of Health Systems at Discovery Health from 2002 to 2005. Paulo began a career in leadership as Chief Information Officer at Healthbridge from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by a foundational education at Bedfordview High School.
