Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, supplier management, demand planning, inventory control, manufacturing, and logistics. James has successfully led teams and implemented initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
James Hill has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Purchasing and Materials Management from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics. James also completed an Executive Education Program in Operations at Harvard Business School in 1997. Additionally, they studied Supply Chain Management at the University of San Diego.
