Emily Elder, CPCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emily began their career in 2000 as a Human Resource Liaison at JDS Uniphase, where they provided coaching and counseling to management teams. In 2004, they joined Randstad as a Regional Implementation Project Manager, overseeing regional accounts and managing projects. Emily then worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Compliance Manager at Randstad Sourceright, where they ensured service excellence and compliance with state and federal requirements. In 2007, they established their own business, Pete's Automotive, Inc., where they held the role of Owner, managing customer relations, marketing, employee relations, and financial management. Emily also worked as a consultant, leading the achievement of strategic goals for recruiting, hiring, motivating, and retaining staff. Emily later joined Randstad Sourceright as the Director of Career Transition Services, where they researched and developed a new product offering and technology. In 2015, they joined RiseSmart, initially taking on the role of Strategic Relationship Manager before becoming a Senior Practice Manager. Most recently, Emily held the position of Director, Global Implementation and Product Solutions at RiseSmart.
Emily Elder, CPCC has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development/Human Resources from Sonoma State University, obtained in the years 1990-1994. In 2022 and 2023, they obtained several certifications, including certificates in Strategy Execution, Management Essentials, and Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. Emily also holds additional certifications such as GROW Project Management Foundations, Become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, and Six Sigma Foundations.
