Paula Pettit

Paula Pettit is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the technology and web3 sectors. As the VP of Strategy and Growth at Range since August 2025, Paula drives strategic initiatives and business expansion. Previously, from August 2020 to January 2025, Paula served as the Chief Executive Officer of Linum Labs, a global Web3 development agency, where leading a 40-person remote team included overseeing sales and go-to-market strategies. Prior roles at Linum Labs featured promotion from Chief Commercial Officer to CEO and building the go-to-market function. Other notable experiences include co-chairing the Blockchain Council for the British Interactive Media Association, leading business development at ShapeShift.io, co-founding and overseeing operations at Bitfract, and founding Parcel22, a women's subscription wardrobe rental platform. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and completed a Full-Stack JavaScript Development Course at Code Institute.
