Alexandra Christian

Alexandra Christian is an experienced legal professional with a specialization in corporate law, securities regulation, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Outside Counsel at Range Resources Corporation since November 2010, Alexandra also holds an Of Counsel position at Ross & Matthews, P.C. since July 2011. Prior roles include Attorney Consultant at Bloomberg Law Reports, Senior Corporate Counsel at Radiologix, and Of Counsel at Haynes & Boone, among others. Alexandra has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, real estate, and general business law, with extensive writing and research experience reflected in over 100 published articles. Academically, Alexandra holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the same institution.
