Milissa Defrance

Milissa DeFrance has over 30 years of experience in administrative support within various sectors, including oil and gas, healthcare, and restoration services. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Range Resources since September 2010, Milissa manages the SVP's calendar and provides comprehensive administrative support. Previous roles include serving as an Administrative Assistant at Crosstex Energy Services, where support was provided to multiple VPs during a transition period, and as an Executive Assistant in temporary assignments and at High Profile, Inc. Notable experience also includes extensive work in healthcare settings at Texas Health Resources and Baylor Health Care System. Milissa began their career as an Administrative Secretary at Champion International Corporation and holds a degree in Secretarial Studies from Tyler Commercial College.
