Rangeford Villages is owned by Fern Trading Limited, the parent company of a large diverse group of companies based in the UK with a net asset value of £3.5bn, and advised by Octopus Real Estate. We are currently seeking to secure 10 new village sites over the next 5 years.

•	Affluent cities and towns nationwide (£450+/sqft), with a focus on southern England and Home Counties
•	3-15+ acres to accommodate 100+ units (100,000+ sqft GIA)
•	20,000+ population within 20 mins drive
•	Planning secured for C2 usage preferred but not essential
•	Stand-alone, mixed-use or a parcel of a wider development site
