The Company's activities are divided into three business segments: Group Fishing Products, providing fishing tackle products, such as Lures and Baits, Fishing Hooks, Fishing Lines and Fishing Accessories, which are manufactured and sourced by the Company under its brands; Other Group Products, including the Company's manufactured and branded products for winter sports, as well as for a range of non-fishing businesses; and Third Party Products, offering fishing products for hunting, outdoor and winter sports, which are not branded by the Company. Furthermore, It operates worldwide through a number of subsidiaries, such as Normark Sport Finland Oy, FLLC Normark, Dynamite Baits Ltd, Rapala France SAS and NC Holdings Inc.
