Louise Glavey

Louise Glavey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in content design and technical writing. Currently serving as Lead Content Designer at Rapid7 since January 2022, Louise also holds the position of Art Educator at Grá Calligraphy & Design, conducting workshops in modern calligraphy. Previous roles include Senior Technical Content Developer and Senior Technical Writer at Siren, where significant contributions included developing an online training course and creating customer-facing publications. At IBM, Louise worked as an Information Developer focusing on the Watson IoT Platform and received an Excellence award for outstanding advocacy. Louise began the career as an Information Developer at SAP. Educated at the University of Limerick with a B.A. in Applied Languages with Computing, further studies were completed at Universidad de Valladolid.
