Nati Oskar

Nati Oskar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles and development. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Rapid since March 2022, Nati previously worked as a Software Engineer at Wix.com from September 2020 to March 2022 and at Rapid from August 2019 to September 2020. Prior to these roles, Nati held the position of VP of Research and Development at Awear Solutions from May 2016 to August 2019, focusing on React and React Native development. Nati's background in the Israel Defense Forces includes serving as Development Team Leader from May 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included Scrum Master duties on a telecommunication monitoring project, and earlier as a Software Engineer involved in front-end development and configuration management. Nati's educational foundation in software engineering and chemistry was obtained from ORT Rodman from 2005 to 2009.
