Christopher Davis is a versatile professional with extensive experience in technical writing, training, and financial management. Currently serving as Technical Writer/Trainer at RapidScale, Christopher develops training platforms and knowledge base articles for the support organization. In tandem, Christopher holds the position of Financial Secretary and Chief Financial Advisor for the Knights of Columbus, overseeing finances and providing fiscal guidance. Previous roles at RapidScale include Cloud Support Supervisor and Service Desk Team Lead, where Christopher managed teams, developed new policies, and facilitated training. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and a background in IT support and system administration, Christopher possesses a comprehensive skill set in both technical and managerial capacities.
