David Mattatall has significant experience in the IT support field, currently serving as the Director of Support at RapidScale since April 2016, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Sr. Manager, Support Manager, Helpdesk Supervisor, and Cloud Engineer II. Prior to RapidScale, David worked at Prosum from December 2012 to April 2016 as a Support Engineer, where responsibilities included providing Level I, II, and III remote and desk-side support, managing Citrix Servers, Active Directory support, VMware and Hyper-V administration, as well as support for various technologies including Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange. David's technical expertise extends to backup management with Datto and Barracuda, network management with SonicWall, and experience with MPLS and VPN configurations. David's education was completed at El Camino College.
