Elena Pacuraru

Elena Pacuraru is a seasoned professional in HR operations and sales transformation, currently serving as the Sr Director of GTM Operations at RapidScale since May 2025. Prior experience includes consulting roles in sales operations and human resources management at Measurabl, as well as overseeing sales transformation initiatives at Rackspace Technology. Throughout a lengthy tenure at Aristocrat, Elena held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director of People & Culture Service Delivery, where management of HR operations initiatives was key, and directed global HR systems strategy and analytics. Elena holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
