Dylan Harvey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Dylan started their career at Wawa Inc as a Customer Service Associate, where they provided excellent customer service and managed cash transactions. Dylan then moved on to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Associate. In these roles, they handled tasks such as coordinating benefits, managing payroll, and assisting with recruitment processes. Currently, Dylan is working at RAPP, where they have held positions as a Human Resources Generalist, Associate Director, Director, and now serves as the VP and Regional Human Resources Lead. Dylan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.
Dylan Harvey attended the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
