Nicole Simpson is currently the Director of Inclusion & Impact at RAPP, where responsibilities include leading initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion. At Omnicom Health Group, Nicole founded The Black Collective, a talent resource group dedicated to enhancing recruitment, inclusion, and retention initiatives for Black talent. Previous roles include serving as a Corporate Paralegal and later as a Senior Legal Analyst at Apotheco Pharmacy, ensuring compliance and managing vendor contracts. Early career experiences involved paralegal positions at Screenvision, Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, and Gertner Mandel & Peslak, where tasks included preparing corporate documents and managing trademark and patent applications. Nicole holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Rutgers University and has also attended Brookdale Community College.
