Connie E. is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in both the culinary and construction sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie has established a renowned cooking class and food tour company in Mexico City, highlighting the city's diverse culinary landscape. In addition, as a copropietario at Grupo Rexa since 2002, Connie oversees a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Prior experience includes roles in marketing at BBVA en México and as a senior consultant at Deloitte, where Connie contributed to strategic initiatives and market analysis.
