María Florencia Martelletti

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
