Clare Crosland is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Business Partner at Rapport Guest Services since May 2018, Clare has successfully co-designed and implemented a new online induction program for over 700 employees. Previous roles include Training Manager at Faucet Inn Ltd and L&D Partner at CH&Co Group, focusing on employee engagement and training access. Clare's career also encompasses quality assurance and training in the work-based learning sector with HIT Training Ltd, as well as IT training and installation with MICROS Systems UK Limited. Additional hospitality management experience includes roles at InterContinental Hotels Group and Apex Hotels. Clare holds an ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and a B.A. Honours in English Literature from Aberystwyth University.
