Jesus Martin Hernandez Mireles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and engineering, currently serving as Chief of Operations North America at Rassini since December 2015, where responsibilities include P&L statement analysis and investment project management. Prior to this role, Jesus held the position of Analyst Director of Operations at Elektrokontakt México and contributed as an Engineering Intern at both Elektrokontakt and PKC Group Plc, gaining expertise in process improvement methodologies such as SMED, Lean 5S, and Six Sigma. Jesus is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Productivity and Quality System at Tecnológico de Monterrey, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Piedras Negras.
