Nikhil Vashisht started their work experience in 2009 as a Front Office Executive and GSA at ITC Hotels. Nikhil then worked at ITC Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. from 2013 to 2016 as an Assistant Manager in Revenue & Online Distribution. In 2016, they joined Clarks and 1589 Hotels as a Corporate Revenue Manager before moving to Clark's Hotels in 2017 as a Senior Corporate Revenue & E-distribution Manager. Nikhil has been with RateGain since 2018, starting as a Senior Manager in Customer Success and progressing to Associate Vice President and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success.

Nikhil Vashisht holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Nikhil also completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Delhi, with a focus on various aspects of the industry. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Delhi University, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management, Economics, Corporate Law, and Company Law. Furthermore, Nikhil has received several certifications from Travel Tech, including the Pricing Management Strategies Official Certification, The Evolution of Retailing in Hospitality Official Certification, and Revenue Management Certification.
