Sonali Srivastava

Sonali Srivastava currently serves as the Associate Director of People & Culture at RateGain since December 2022, following a role as Senior Partner in the same department. Prior to this, Sonali held the position of Human Resources Manager at ART Fertility Clinics from August 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant in a private practice earlier in 2020. Sonali also gained experience as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Nova Specialty Hospitals/Nova IVI Fertility from February 2011 to January 2015 and began a career at Wipro Limited as a Project Engineer from November 2009 to February 2011. The professional journey started as a Recruitment Executive at Impact HR Services in 2009. Sonali holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, completed in 2008.
