Prateek M.

Prateek M. currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at RateMyAgent since November 2023. Prior to this role, Prateek held key financial positions at Optima Technology ASX:OPA from May 2021 to August 2023, and at dentsu international as Division CFO - Dentsu Media from March 2020 to May 2021. Prateek's experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at Foxtel, where strategic and financial planning were central responsibilities, and leading initiatives during the Foxtel and Fox Sports merger. Prateek has also worked extensively in financial analysis and strategy roles across various companies, including Mondelēz International and The Walt Disney Company, after achieving a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
