Christine Hengen

Christine Hengen started their work experience in 2007 as a Graphic Designer, working as a freelancer on various communication projects such as visual identity, packaging, and web design. Christine demonstrated agility in developing creative concepts and meeting client's needs.

In 2014, Christine worked as a UX Designer at Attoma, where they supported the development of a user-centered culture and service-oriented thinking for SNCF Transilien and APRR AREA. Christine facilitated co-creation workshops, mapped user journeys, identified needs and opportunities for new services, and helped facilitate change.

Following this, Christine worked as a freelance CX Designer in 2014, focusing on customer experience design projects. Christine then joined Nurun as a UX Consultant in 2015, where they provided consulting services in user experience design. In 2016, they joined SapientRazorfish as a UX Consultant, contributing to user experience projects until 2017.

In 2018, Christine joined Publicis Sapient as a Senior Experience Designer, where they held the position of Lead Experience Designer for Financial Services. Their responsibilities included product design for online banking applications, conducting user testing, coordinating with UI teams, creating and maintaining high-fidelity prototypes, and mentoring junior team members.

Christine's experience also includes working as a Senior Experience Designer at Razorfish in 2021 and their current position as a Senior Product Designer at RATP Smart Systems since June 2021.

Christine Hengen began their education journey in 2000 at J.C. Birdlebough High School in Phoenix, NY, where they completed their Baccalauréat degree. Christine then pursued a Baccalauréat in Arts Appliqués from Athénée de Luxembourg in Luxembourg from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, Christine enrolled at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they studied Arts plastiques for a year. From 2004 to 2007, they attended ECV Creative Schools & Community, where they obtained a degree in Concepteur en communication visuelle with a focus in Design graphique. Their education continued at GOBELINS Paris from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Master's degree in MICNI (Manager en ingénierie de la communication numérique interactive).
