Koray Erdoğan started their work experience in 1997 as an Insurance Supervisor at the Undersecretariat of Treasury Insurance Supervisory Board. Koray later became the Deputy Chairman of the board from April 2009 to April 2011. In May 2011, they joined Ray Sigorta as the Deputy GM-CFO and held this role until July 2015. From August 2015 onwards, they served as the CEO of Ray Sigorta. In September 2010, they also worked as a Lecturer at Hacettepe University until December 2016. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Globus, Kniazha, Kniazha Life, and UIG from August 2017 to July 2019.
Koray Erdoğan attended the ESMT European School of Management and Technology in 2016 for the Confronting Mistakes and Adaptive Leadership Program. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Leadership Development Program at the IEDC - Bled School of Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they completed their Master of Science degree in Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
