Currently serving as a Settlement Analyst at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since September 2023, John previously held various roles at Atmos Energy, including Compliance Analyst and Financial Analyst. Responsibilities included managing compliance with safety regulations, implementing process improvements, and developing reporting systems, as well as overseeing a $72 million annual budget and conducting financial analyses.
