Luke Jones is a Transmission Substation Superintendent at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since October 2020. Prior to this, Luke gained valuable experience working as a Substation Construction Supervisor at Garland Power & Light from May 2015 to October 2020. Luke also held the position of Superintendent at Power Line Services, Inc from November 2013 to May 2015 and worked as a Construction Project Coordinator at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative from April 2008 to November 2013. Throughout their career, Luke has been involved in upgrading and constructing substations and transmission lines while closely collaborating with contractors.

We provide wholesale electrical power through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), purchases of blocks of electricity on the open market, and through our ownership interest in the Freestone generating facility in Freestone County, Texas.
