Zach Hernandez is a skilled transmission system operator currently working at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since February 2019, where responsibilities have included achieving NERC and ERCOT certifications. Prior to this role, Zach served in the US Navy from March 2014 to February 2019 as a Nuclear Instructor at Prototype, training students and sea-returning staff in nuclear operations and maintenance. We provide wholesale electrical power through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), purchases of blocks of electricity on the open market, and through our ownership interest in the Freestone generating facility in Freestone County, Texas.
