Kailash Kalondia

Kailash Kalondia has a strong background in HR and Administration with experience in multiple companies. Kailash started their career at FedEx in 2003 as an EDP before moving to NCC Limited in 2008, where they worked in HR and Administration. In 2010, Kailash joined Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., a RPG Group Company, where they continued to work in HR and Administration.

Kailash Kalondia began their education in 1994 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied for seven years. In 2001, they enrolled at Delhi University and completed their undergraduate degree within three years. After a brief gap in their education, in 2011 Kalondia joined the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource. This program lasted for one year, and they focused on the field of study of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
