Tim Brant is a seasoned sportscaster with extensive experience in sports broadcasting spanning several decades. Currently serving as a sportscaster for CBS Sports Network since August 2011, Tim has provided play-by-play coverage for NCAA college football alongside Randy Cross. In addition, Tim holds the position of Vice President and Director of Sports at WJLA ABC-7 and has worked with ACC Network/Raycom Sports since 2003, where Tim has reported on both basketball and football games. Tim's previous experience includes roles with ESPN and ABC Sports, where Tim served as an expert analyst, play-by-play announcer, sideline reporter, and studio host for a variety of sports. With foundational experience at CBS Sports and ABC's Wide World of Sports, along with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Maryland, Tim Brant has established a prominent career in sports media.
