Jason McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason most recently served as the Head of Customer Success at Raydiant, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Perch as the Vice President of Customer Success & Operations from March 2019 to October 2022. Jason also held the role of Customer Success in various sectors at Sitetracker from October 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant/Advisor at Ourglass TV from December 2015 to December 2018 and at DART Displays from December 2016 to October 2017. Before that, they were the Co-founder and Head of Customer Success at Local ID from November 2014 to September 2017. Jason also served as the Director of Account Management & Advertising Operations at Valassis from August 2012 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Digital Display Networks (7-Eleven TV Network) and Ripple TV. Jason began their career as an Account Director at OpSource, Inc. from February 2004 to June 2007.

Jason McDonnell attended Western Michigan University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a field of study in marketing. Following their time at Western Michigan University, they enrolled at Ferris State University from 1992 to 1993 to pursue a field of study in Professional Golf School Management. However, no degree was specified for either educational experience.
