Tim Liu

Tim Liu is a seasoned professional in the field of information security, currently serving as Manager of IT Security and Incident Response at Raymond James since June 2022. With a strong background as an Information Security Consultant at Legatus Technologies since December 2016, Tim specializes in designing and deploying secure tools and applications while enhancing client awareness of evolving cyber threats. Prior experience includes leading the Advanced Practices Team at Teck Resources Limited, focusing on threat hunting and incident response, as well as contributing to various roles in information security and IT development at Baobab Inclusive Empowerment Society and SmrtSquad Technology. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Network Security and Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has earned the GREM certification from the SANS Technology Institute.
