Neil Rube

Neil Rube is the General Counsel, Senior Vice President, and Chief Compliance Officer at Raymour & Flanigan, a leading furniture retailer in the northeast, where responsibilities include overseeing all legal and compliance matters for a retail business with over sixty years of history and 6,000 employees across seven states. Prior to this role, Neil Rube served as General Counsel, Partner, and Executive Committee Member at The Pioneer Companies, managing acquisitions, leasing, and financing for a diverse portfolio of properties. Neil Rube also held positions as an Associate Attorney at Battle Fowler and Cole & Dietz, where expertise included negotiating commercial leases and representing lenders in various financing transactions. Neil Rube holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Political Science from Binghamton University.
