Peter Persano

Peter Persano has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as General Manager and Showroom Sales Manager at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since 2016, where significant improvements in morale and performance were achieved. Prior to this role, Peter owned and managed Wireless4U LLC, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, from 2004 to 2015, successfully revitalizing an underperforming retail chain with four locations. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales & Operations at EZ Wireless from 2001 to 2004, where accountability and structure were established within the organization, along with a tenure as District Manager at TSR Wireless from 1996 to 2001, overseeing the growth of a district to 16 stores. Peter holds a degree from Quinnipiac University.
