Chris Sittard began their work experience as a Procurement Manager at Hercules Incorporated, where they led a strategic raw material procurement team and developed global sourcing strategies for commodity and specialty chemicals. Chris later became a Channel Partner Manager, overseeing a global distribution network and increasing profitability. Sittard then took on the role of Business Development Manager, where they developed a toll manufacturing organization and generated leads for toll manufacturing partnerships. Chris also worked as a Procurement Manager for the Pulp & Paper division, improving logistics performance and identifying risks with sole supply situations. Chris continued their career at Ashland, serving as Director of Procurement for the Water Technologies and Functional Ingredients divisions, overseeing global strategic procurement teams and improving supply security. Sittard then moved on to Solenis as the Vice President of Procurement, directing the sourcing of raw chemical materials and driving strategic sourcing efforts. Chris eventually became the Senior Vice President for Global Sourcing and Chief Procurement Officer, expanding the global procurement function and achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives. Chris'smost recent role is as the SVP & Chief Procurement Officer at Zep Inc., leading a team of procurement professionals and focusing on making improvements in a fast-paced B2C environment. Currently, Sittard holds the position of VP Sourcing / CPO at RYAM.
