Johan Kuhn

Johan Kuhn is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and culinary arts. Currently serving as Kökschef at RaySearch Laboratories since August 2021, Johan is responsible for the establishment and operation of a modern, world-class corporate restaurant. Previous roles include a position as Kock at Skepparholmen Nacka from September 2020 to August 2021, where creativity and ambition were key attributes. Johan also held the title of VD/Kock/Kvalitetsutvecklare as a self-employed entrepreneur from May 2017 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Frantzén Group from February 2015 to February 2017, where responsibilities involved overseeing lunch service at Nordiska kantinen on NK, and as Restaurangchef at Sodexo from September 2007 to February 2015. Johan graduated from Gastronomihögskolan.
