Stephen Hart has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen began their career in the military, serving in various leadership roles within the Royal Marines from 1997 to 2013, including as a Task Force Commander and a member of the Security and Defence Review Team. Following their military service, Stephen held positions at the Defence Academy of the UK as the Head of Command Leadership and Management Training, and at the Royal Navy as the First Sea Lord Fellow.
