Ron Leib has extensive experience in customer success and project management within the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Presales at Rayzone Group since September 2020, Ron focuses on driving customer satisfaction and facilitating contract renewals and upsells. Previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at CyberX, where responsibilities included managing major infrastructure clients across APAC and EMEA. Prior to this, Ron led a team of engineers as Integration & Tier3 Team Leader at ACE Labs, overseeing cybersecurity projects and providing 24/7 support. Ron's earlier career includes roles as Integration Group Manager and QA & Integration Engineer at ELTA, and IT at Vertical Place. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from H.I.T, earned from 2012 to 2016.
